BEATRICE HUNTER ERDMAN
Bea Hunter Erdman is a licensed cosmetologist and medical skin care specialist who has been in practice since 1970. She has received extensive training throughout her career, including the Paramedical Skin Care Program at Scott & White Hospital in Temple, Texas, and certifications for AGERA MicroPore Therapy™ Microdermabrasion, BioMedic Clinical Care, iS Clinical Skincare and Cancer Care Programs, Obagi Skin Health Restoration Blue Peel and PCA Skin Chemical Peel Certified, among others.
Mrs. Erdman was the Inaugural President of The Society of Plastic Surgical Skin Care Specialists from November 1994 to April 1996, has served as Advisor, Nominating Chair and Scientific Program Chair and continues to be an active member of the Society. She served as faculty member for the Plastic Surgery Education Foundation in July 1998. Mrs. Erdman was listed as an Honored Professional in the National Register's WHO'S WHO in Executives and Professional 2000 Edition. She was a member of the former American Aestheticians Education Association having served as the Dallas MetroPlex Area Chapter Vice President and Guest Speaker and was an educator for Medical Aesthetics/AGERA Skincare Systems.
She has participated as volunteer for the American Cancer Society Look Good, Feel Better program and for the Girl Scouts of America.
Bea was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois, where she began her professional career. She and her family moved to Dallas in 1983. She is the proud mother of three wonderful daughters, Kimberly, Stacy and Deanna.
Bea has had the honor and privilege of being associated with Dr. Pownell since June, 2005. She shares the same professional commitment and personal philosophy as Dr. Pownell regarding patient results and care. She is dedicated to continuing education for herself and her co-workers and clients, in order to deliver the most advanced skin care procedures and products for optimum results.
